Dr. Srikanya joined the Government Pension Fund of Thailand (GPF) in 2010, rising to Deputy Secretary General before being appointed Secretary General in 2020, a role she held until 2023. At the helm of one of Southeast Asia's largest public pension funds, she positioned GPF as a regional leader in responsible investing — integrating the PRI's ESG framework and OECD's responsible business conduct guidelines into the fund's investment process, developing (with World Bank technical assistance) a proprietary ESG valuation methodology, launching a Digital Twins Applications platform for pension members, and introducing Thailand's Life Path investment plan. Her expertise in sovereign pension management and sustainable finance has taken her to some of the world's leading investment and policy platforms, including the Global Absolute Return Congress, the UN Global Compact SDG Business Forum, the UN Responsible Business and Human Rights Forum, the Milken Institute Asia Summit, and the Amundi Sustainability Forum.events. Since retiring from GPF, Srikanya now serves as a board member and advisor to several organizations spanning institutional investment, brand strategy, and health communication, including ongoing work with Thailand's Ministry of Public Health. She holds a doctorate in Business Administration and spent over a decade studying and working in Japan and the United Kingdom earlier in her career.
